In the summer, we meet at various parks around north Post Falls. Each type of class meets at its own park. In the winter, we utilize different indoor facilities, also one for each type of class. Check out the main locations below, but always use the Schedule for the most up to date information for each class as sometimes there are last-minute location updates.
Summer Locations
- Stroller Strides location (Mon/Wed/Fri)

- We warm up near the parking lot either by the gazebo or on the basketball court. Class goes around the park and into the neighborhoods beyond. There is a splash pad and play structure for kids fun after class.
- Stroller Barre location (Thurs)
- 5400 W Majestic Ave, Rathdrum, ID 83858
We meet for warmup in the grass near the parking lot. Class meanders through the neighborhood and ends up back at the park for cool-down and post-class play at the park and splash pad.
Winter Locations

We meet in the barre studio where the floor to ceiling mirrors and barre make this a perfect location for Stroller Barre.

- This spacious facility is located on the corner of Huetter and Prairie near the Landings neighborhood. We meet in the tan and green large building on the lot.

This dance studio is located just off of Exit 2 on I-90, within a strip mall and right next door to La Tea Da.
