We’re turning up the energy with a beach-themed Strides 360 class featuring upbeat music, sunny movement, and feel-good vibes. Come dressed in your beachy best and get ready to move, laugh, and recharge with your village.

After Stroller Strides on Wednesday, August 6, we’ll head straight into a camping-themed playdate at Landings Park, starting at 10:15 AM. Kiddos can explore mini tents, enjoy camping-style snacks, and play outdoors while moms connect. At 11:00 AM, the splash pad opens just for us, so don’t forget swimsuits and towels for a splashy ending.

On Monday, August 11 at 9:15 AM, meet us at Landings Park for a creative twist on your usual Stroller Strides class. We’ll start by making sunprint art with your littles before class, let them develop while we move through our workout, and end the morning with a cozy, camping-themed storytime. It’s a sweet blend of movement, imagination, and connection.

Beach Day is back! Join us on Thursday, August 14 at 10:30 AM at Atlas Park right after Stroller Barre. We’ll dive straight into water play, sandy fun, and open-air joy with community connection and space for littles to roam and explore. Bring your beach towels, toys, and summer spirit.
